Locations and Heritage
Portugal is the westernmost nation in Europe. The mainland is located in the west of the Iberian Peninsula and has archipelagos in the North Atlantic: the autonomous regions of Azores and Madeira. It has a total area of 92 090 km ². The Portuguese territory is bordered on the north and east by Spain and the south and west by the Atlantic Ocean. Portugal offers a wide range of locations for shooting: with 900 km of coastline with fantastic beaches, the plains of the Alentejo, a mountain with 2000 meters in height that has snow in winter and in summer offers a beautiful landscape. It has other mountains where you can find wild horses and small streams running through lush vegetation. Not to mention the exotic islands of Madeira and the Azores, where in the same day we can shoot in the snow and an hour after be shooting a sunny beach! Besides the natural beauty, Portugal with its 850 years of history has an architectural heritage so rich in old buildings as in contemporaneous. With so much variety, we are sure to find the most appropriate location to make your photo session.
Weather
Portugal has 6 months of summer. It has a privileged sun exposure and associated with low rainfall, guarantees many hours of good light to shoot for a day.
